There are a few ways that we can help support you, with a range of packages.
Pay As You Go support enables you to get one to one support over a remote desktop sharing session. You pay upfront via PayPal for the first hours support, this is charged at £15. You then pay £9.50 for each additional half hour which be bill you with after the support session ends.

Fair Useage Policy: We dont set limits on the number of support calls that you can log. Customers may contact the Support Desk of The Loose Goat Ltd via phone or email. All calls are logged and a unique ticket number allocated. In the event of extreme usage, The Loose Goat may need to restrict the amount of support agent time per month in order to maintain a consistent level of high quality service for all customer.
